Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
I'm a truck-driver out of Cleveland,Ohio,I received an overweight ticket while hauling material in a 5 axle dump truck for a company called Hays Equipment.
I no longer work for this company. I just found out today that the company never took care of the ticket, as they said they would, I now have a warrant out for my arrest, a block on my CDL's and a $1159.60 fine from the over-weight ticket, also the tags were expired, which is why I was initially stopped. Need to know what my rights and legal options are in this matter. Thank-you for your advice and legal expertise on this matter.

The issue goes to what you knew about the load. You will likely be held accountable for the expired tags ... But that's a lot cheaper. Call me directly for help : 216.952.1990
