Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
Hello, I work for a Redi-mix concrete company. I drive a mixer/truck, and we are working 14+ hours a day, and about 10 hours are driving...to the job site, on the job site, and back. Are these hours legal? Are we supposed to have a certain amount of time off between start and stop time? Thanks

This really is not a traffic law question. There are certain resting requirements for over-the-road drivers but I do not know whether your situation applies. I recommend calling the Depart of Transportation and asking them what the regulations are for your circumstances.
