Is there a question here? I assume you want to know what to do next. Hire a lawyer who has experience practicing OVI defense in the particular municipal court which has the jurisdiction over this case. There can be some serious consequences here and you need competent legal representation no matter how much it costs. If you can not afford an attorney and you are indigent, a public defender must be assigned, but get help now. The longer you wait, the more difficult it is to get a satisfactory resolution.
