Wrongful Entrustment
I have to go to court tomorrow for a wrongful entrustment case and I can not afford an attorney I don't even know who was driving my car to cause this mess. I only drove my car, I gave no one permission to operate my vehicle if I explain this to the judge I could get out of possible jail time or even found innocent let me know...

if you are not guilty then you need to plead not guilty. if you plead no contest you will be found guilty and this is a serious offense with potential jail time of 180 days....
you need a lawyer and you can get time to find one...if you cant afford one, you will be appointed one...
