Legal Question in Veterans Law in Ohio
My step dad was a navy veteran.My mother passed away about 9 yrs ago and my step dad passed away7 yrs ago.I had forgotten about him being in the service and it was my understanding that the veterans and their spouse gets free burial. Guess my question is can i collect anything from the V.A because nothing was paid?
