Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

I own 1/4 of condo worth at this time under 20k. The other 3/4 of the condo is in my aunts name who passed away years ago. She did not leave a will. Her husband died years before her passing. She has a son and daughter. Neither live in the usa. Neither wants anything to do with the condo. Neither will be involved in any way at all in transferring the condo. No quick claim nothing. They simply say I can have it and have to deal with getting it all in my name completely on my own .
