Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

i am 65 year old married, businesswoman. my parents are no more. they have distributed the property among my brothers when they were alive. my parents & brothers have given me more than required on every occasion. my son has sent legal notice to my brothers for mine & his share in my father's property without my knowledge. i am out of country & i do not want any share in the property. is my son entitled for any right/share in the property even if i waive my rights? & what is the procedure for waiving my rights now?

You need to be careful in how you handle this. If you "disclaim" your rights, then it is effectively treated as if you pre-deceased the decedent, which then causes your son to potentially step into your shoes. The actual results are dictated by the Will, and potentially other factors.

To properly address how to properly arrive at your desired outcome, requires substantially more facts. I would be happy to discuss in detail via a variety of mediums. I engage in immigration and international law, and our firm is accustomed to dealing with clients that are not located in this country.
