Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
Where can I access will forms,power of attorny and other legal documents free online. As long as the forms are notorized legally are they legal as going through a lawyer. My mom can't afford the expense and is a recent widow.

Wills need to be witnessed by two persons unrelated to the person making the will. A notarized will is not valid.
