account checking
if you wer the exeutor of an estate and also the full benificary of an estate, and in the will the decessed said did not whish to leve his child anything and he was not married and only had that one child. how was the child able to get money out of his checking account with out the orignal paper of being excutor of an estate and they said that they brought an attorney and the attorney took the money, this was not reported to probate. thanks

If the account was only in the deceased person's name they should not have been able to remove the money. If you are the executor of the estate you should be able to request the return of that money.
