Adult Children not named in will
My brother and I were not named in my fathers will,my younger two siblings and our step mother are to devide everything equally. In the state of Ohio would my father have had to state that he disinherited us? Do we have any legal recourse?

Unfortunately for you a father does not have to specifically state that he has disinherited you. Your only chance would be to show that your father did not have the capacit to sign the will.

Specific words of disinheritance are not necessary. You need to retain an attorney to file a will contest action immediately.
