Annuity

My dad died. He wanted his annuity to be in my name. It was in my name for 45 month prior to his death. Since i have siblings can they come after this annuity?

Re: Annuity

If you were the named beneficiary, the annuity is yours. The potential challenges to your claim would be based on your dad's competency to make the beneficiary change, and whether you improperly influenced the change to exclude your siblings. If these do not apply, you need not worry.
