Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Do we need an attorney to add a newly purchased home to our existing revocable trust? If not can you advise us how to go about doing it? Thank you.

You will need a deed drafted and recorded to accomplish the transfer. I would recommend that you have an attorney prepare the deed and file it for you.
