How can I get an attorney removed from an estate

How can I get an attorney removed from an estate? He is also the trustee of the estate and the Executrix wants his removal?

The Executor has the power to fire an attorney and use any attorney she pleases. This is true even if the Will says that this attorney must be used. If the attorney is named as the trustee, it may be difficult to remove him as trustee. However, you should read the terms of the trust document to see if the beneficiaries have any removal powers. If the trustee fails to do his job, you may also seek his removal at Probate Court. However, this may be difficult.
