Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
I am a beneficary of a trust along with my two sisters. My Father is still living and controls the trust. I have no problem with that. But my health is failing. If I die, can my 2 children still be included in distribution of funds (at my fathers death)

That would depend on the provisions of your father's trust. It must name them specifically as a beneficiary or it must state that your share goes to your children if you predecease him.
