biased jury

In a will contest law suit if 6 of the 8 jury members believe before hearing any evidence that each child should be treated equal in a will no matter what, is that a biased jury and what can be done.

A will contest exists to determine whether a particular document, or any document accurately expresses the decedent's wishes. Any juror opinions not touching on those topics are irrelevant, and should be admonished by the Court.
