Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

My boyfriend recently passed away. He had no will. He was divorced with 3 children. As a part of the divorce agreement he was supposed to have the life insurance in his children's name. He named me as beneficiary. Does his ex-wife have any legal recourse?
