Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
i am the brother of two sisters who are the home owners of my recently deceased moms home ihave been living in the home the last 3 years with my girlfriend and two children, i have lease to live in the house with one of my sisters ipay the taxes etc.i am caught in the middle of these two sisters feud, i recently recieved a letter from alawyer stating i am to pay 600 dollars in rent or be evicted this lawyer has been appointed administrator of my moms estate. What are my options to save my moms home from being snatched away from me

Hire a lawyer. One sister may not have the legal right to evict you but the lawyer for the estate probably does.
