Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

there are two brothers, mom and dad. the mother dies, in the will prior to her death she left out one son. the dad has a new will made, leaving the other son all. but not in the terms: right of survivorship. just a will. there is alot of assets. can the will be contested? and is he the only heir.?

If mom left everything to Dad then he can dispose of everything as he sees fit. The will can be contested if someone used influence to force Dad to make the change or if Dad did not have the capacity to make the will.
