Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Change from trustee to successor trustee

When the trust was initially created, I

was named as trustee, and a bank account established, listing me as trustee, Two years ago, the grantor changed the trust to name herself as trustee, and I was designated as successor trustee. but the bank account was not changed. Can I still perform the duties of a trustee (i.e. write checks from the trust account) in this instance??
