my child

upon my exwifes death my 17 year old was living with her. Can she Will my child away? Can she Will guardinship away? Don't I have legal custody? She never remarried.

Her will can suggest a legal guardian. You still have parental rights and responsibilities and, if your are not listed as a guardian, you can challenge the appointment in court.
