Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

I am an only child and have my fathers will leaving his estate to me and also power of attorney--he has a woman living with him the past few years although not married--in the case of his death does she have any legal claim

Hello - Just by living together, the woman would have no legal claim to anything; however, if your father names the woman on a bank account, deed, beneficiary of a life insurance policy, etc. then she would have a legal right. In addition, if your father changes his will, she would obviously obtain legal rights.
