Citation to File Inventory

Received a letter fron Probate Court to ''Return and file an Inventory within 30 days of being served this citation '' and it also states that removal proceedings will commence.What exactly does this mean?

All executors and administrators appointed by the probate court are required to file a written Inventory of all real estate, personal property, and all other assets of the estate, with the monetary values of same. If you don't do this, the court can replace you. Call or email if I can be of service.
