Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

My dad died. My brother and I are the only ones in the will. He did not but his new wife in the will and signed a pre nup that what his is his and what hers is hers. he put alot of his accounts in joint names. Are the accounts in both names part of the estate or only the accounts in his name? His wife said ony the accounts in his name is what Me and my brother get and not the other accounts. I this right. These accounts in both names are not one she used.

Generally accounts in joint names are not part of the estate. You may want to consult an attorney to review the prenuptial to determine if you have any rights to the joint accounts.
