Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
My daughter is having issues with getting her trust from the trustee. Now that she has reached the mature date of getting it. What do we do?

Under the Ohio Revised Code Section, 5808.13, a trustee is required to promptly furnish a copy of the trust to a beneficiary who requests it. Have your daughter quote this code to the trustee and state that if the trustee does not furnish it, she will contact an attorney and enforce her rights. Of course, she would have to follow up with this threat if she actually stated this to the trustee.
