Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
Deceased family member
Sister died leaving no will. Her Power of Attorney is willing to turn everything over to me & she said she needed me to be ''appointed administrator'' - Do I need Atty to do the work or can we print a form off the Internet & do it without involving Atty?

Depending upon the size and complexity of your sister's estate, you can decide to use an attorney. If you choose to go ahead without one, rather than go online, visit the Probate Court in your county and explain to the clerk there that you would like to open an estate. You should be give forms to fill out and some help.
