Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Discrimination in estate funds distribution

I have recently gone through an estate hearing where I was awarded a small amount of money. I had trouble with the court appointed executor and reported my problem to the bar assn. It was determined that I didn't have enough evidence to repremand him, and he has made life misrable for me ever since. He has distributed funds to both of my brothers (their share of the estate), but refuses to distribute funds to me. He told me I would get my share when he's good & ready to send it & that will be sometime before the year 2005! Is it legal for him to hold my share?
