Disinheritance, copy of will

Father remarries makes new will, dies are we as legal heirs (child entitled to copy of will notification that we are disinherited what is the process? We have not been contacted only told we have no rights. His death was 3 wks. ago. We do not know the procedure? Is she allowed to sell everything without us even seeing a will or being contacted? Could we contest the will?

You are not entitled to a copy of the will. You may get a copy if the estate is probated from the probate court. It is not improper to write a child out of a will. One may contest the will if your Dad did not have the capacity to execute the will.
