double charges
my fathers will said all goes to mom if she survives him by 30 days. she didnt. still being charged twice too handle both estates, by lawyer and by probate court. why?

Re: double charges
The court fees will be no more than 300-400 in court costs. There is no reason for 2 estates to be open, as your mother will be deemed to have legally predeceased your father.
