Estate to divide equal shares to 3 siblings. can any one drive the estate's auto before estate is settled.

No one should be driving the estate's auto until title has been changed. The driver will not be covered by insurance.

Good question. An auto needs to be insured and can't be insured without good title. Is the estate in a trust or going through probate administration? If the former, I would think it ok to drive the car. I'd ask the insurance company, however.
