my father is deseased no will found he has a house . what type of attorney do i need to check into this further. the house is in ohio i live in florida thx

You need to consult a probate attorney. If you can not find a will your father's estate will pass to his next of kin according to the Ohio state laws. You will need someone to be appointed to act as administrator to transfer or sell the house and another property.
