If the deceased had an annuity but the estate is filing insolvency because of the amount of the debt does the annuity go to the estate or the benificary listed on the annuity?

Based on the information you provided under Ohio law if the annuity has a named beneficiary it would be paid to that beneficiary and would not become part of the estate.
