Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Estate settling

I live in Ohio. My uncle died 9 months ago and his sister and my brother are co-executors. My aunt is to receive 1/2 of his estate and my brother, sister, and I are to split the other 1/2. My aunt has been very difficult to deal with the entire time. Whenever one of us expresses interest in any of the personal property, she decides she wants it for herself. She has taken control of certain jewelry items and refuses to distribute them. Is there anything that we can do to stop her from treating us this way? Also, if we don't agree with the way things are being handled, can we hold up signing the settlement papers until we feel things are made right? Can the attorney charge us more if we do hold up signing the papers?

Thank you for your time.

Re: Estate settling

Your dispute should be brought to the attention of the probate judge. A fiduciary is not allowed to use his or her position for his or her own personal advantage.
