executor
i along with 2 other relatives are my uncles executors.will we be able to get moneys from the bank to carry out the will after his death.do we all three have to be together to do this?i have lots of questions,i have never done this before and am leary of one of the relatives i want to carry out my uncles wishes but am uncertain of my power.thank-you please respond soon!

A person's will can direct whom they wish to be their executor, but to actually be appointed as executor and to gain the powers that go along with that title you must go through the probate court.
You can call the probate court of your uncle's county and try to navigate the process yourself, or you can call an attorney to guide you through the entire way.
