Hello - My ex-wife's mother passed away and her Will is in probate. Can I contact the attorney handling the Will to inquire about timing, amount, etc.? Thanks.

Yes, you can contact the attorney handling the estate if you have any questions about that. However, he/she will only give out information if you are entitled to receive that information, such as if you are a beneficiary of the estate.
