Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

family trust

Dad passed, mom signed up w/realtor for a term of 1 yr. I was never consulted and would have never agreed to this. Can I dissolve the contract mom signed?

If you have some legal authority to do this, e.g, financial power of attorney, guardianship, etc.

Likely no. I would need more information but unless your mom was forced to sign or has some type of mental impairment she likely cannot get out of the contract.
