My Father died and left me a Vehicle, The will and Title have been lost, How can I get a title?

You can request a duplicate title from the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles. If there is no surviving spouse, then the car would be a part of his probate estate and will not be able to be transferred until the estate is opened.
