If your father passed away without a will, you may be entitled to a portion of his probate assets. The laws of descent and distribution will dictate what you are entitled to. You are entitled to retain an attorney to represent your interest and to make sure you are getting what you are entitled to. Please let me know if I can be of assistance to you. If not, good luck!
