Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

my father had a mobile home and the property it sat on in tn, he has passed and he left it to me in his will. Does it have to go through probate court?

Sorry about the loss of your father. If the mobile home and property were left in his name alone without a tranfer on death or joint survivor then you would have to open a probate estate in the county he resided in order to tranfer the assets to you.
