my father pass and left a will to my brother and me, but my surname on the will is different from my ID, what problem is it

It is fine as long as you are identifiable. This happens often if someone marries after a will has been executed. As long as you can establish you are the person named in the will, it should be fine barring any contest from another beneficiary or executor. If you need assistance, I would be happy to assist you.
