Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

My father passed away in Ohio. He had everything in POD's except $3,590 in cash sitting with an investment broker. He pre paid his funeral. Can I use form 1 to probate it or because he pre paid his funeral do I have to use form 2?

I am not sure what the Form 1 and Form 2 are that you are referring to, but if his funeral was prepaid you cannot do a summary release from administration but can do a release from administration.
