Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
My father passed away almost two years ago. Before he passed he had two CDS in mine & my sisters names( POD).we received them as soon as he passed.Should these CDS be included in his estate taxes?

Yes, they should be included in his estate tax return if it is determined that the estate need to file one.
