Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
My father recently passed away. In his will he stated that 7 children were to get nothing and 1 son was to receive everything. He made this will after he divorced our mother and was behaving crazy. He wouldn't see a doctor so we don't have any proof except what people have observed. Is it possible for us to win if we contest this will?

It is possible to contest a will but it is very factually driven. Was he under doctor's care? Suffering from any medical condition that would affect his reasoning? Etc., Did a lawyer prepare the new will? Who are the witnesses to the will? There are many variables that need to be looked at.
