Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
My father-in-law provided my wife with a medical poa sometime ago. Since that legal document was originated he re-married and currently a resident of Florida. Does the new marriage (therefore, the new spouse) superced my wife in making medical decisions for her father.
