Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Father's estate

My Dad died on May 20, 2006. He was married, but I am his only child, but from first marriage. He owned the property 20 years before he died. He transferred the property completely to her 2 years before his death. Do I have rights to anything, and what?

Re: Father's estate

If your father transferred all the property to his second spouse before he died then you would not have any right unless you can show some kind of undue influence or fruad. Since it has been more than 2 years since your father died you may be out of time to contest anything.
