Fiduciary's account form
If stock in Dad's name is transferred to Mom's name(sole beneficiary)is that listed as personal or real property not sold
and then do I also claimed it in the disbursement section?

Stocks or the money that is liquidated from the sale of stocks are personal property. When they are turned into cash for distribution to the beneficiaries, that amount is included in the distribution.
