Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
Filing estate taxes 2007
Estate is less than $200,000 and
probate is being finalized. It was uncontested, all going to spouse.
Do I still need to file any Estate taxes or such with the State of Ohio and/or Federal?

No estate tax return is required under the circumstances you describe. There may be an estate income tax return required if the estate earned $600 or more while it was open.
