what form can I use to file to become exutor of my deseased daughter with three minor children who are in grandparents custody due to abuse by father.

I am sorry to hear about your daughter.

You will need to file an application to be appointed as administrator.

The Probate Court for the County where your daughter lived will have the forms and may answer some questions for you.

In order to determine the forms that you will need you will need answers to some questions.

Was your daughter married to the father of the children?

What assets did your daughter have?

Did your daughter have a will?

What was the cause of death and is there a potential claim for injury or death- such as an accident or medical error?
