Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
my granparents were my legal custodians. My grandfather has passed and now as my grandmother lay dying in hospice her son is emptying all of her accounts and has taken everything from her house. As they had legal custody of me for 6 years, do I have a stake to stand up against my uncle regarding her possesions??

From what you say, your uncle is taking advantage of your grandmother now that she is very ill. This can be elder abuse and you can report it to the elder abuse office of your county. Explain the situation. The relationship of the person who abuses to the person being abused does not really matter. Good luck.
