Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
Guardians and minors right to judgement in their favor
When I was a child in the state of Ohio, I won a civil suit and an estimated $12,000.00 was awarded to me which was not to be touched until I was 18. My guardian told the bank we were moving out of the country and the bank gave her all my money. Do I have a case against the bank for releasing the funds without a court order?

It soulds like you need to contact a lawyer in the County where the case was settled....

You might have a case against either the guardian or the bank. However depending on when this happened you may have run out of time to file the suit.
I also wonder if you have all the facts. A guardian typcially has to file an account with the court regarding the spending of funds. You might want to check the records of the court where your guardianship was established.
