heirs rights
can a heirs position be bought from a will?.
or better put can a heir sell his/her position in a will in which he/she is named? and would however bought that position be entitled to the named heir's position and assets if any?

An heir can give up their inheritance for any legal reason. At that point the next in line may fall into that heirs place. One has to do it properly in order for the intended result to occur.
